 A Guide to the Application Process

 

1)  Fill out and return Application: The first step toward placing
your child at the Project PATCH Ranch is to complete an application and return it to the Administrative Office.

  • Please fill out the reference form as well as  completing the  application. 
  • In order to determine sponsorship please provide us with a copy of your last year's income tax returns, and a completed financial statement.  All of this information should be mailed with the application form.

2)  Confidential Consultation: Your first point of contact will be
with the Project PATCH Admissions & Administrative Office located in Vancouver, WA.

  • All conversations with PATCH staff are strictly confidential and are handled with compassion and professionalism.
  • You will be given an overview of the PATCH Treatment Program, including goals of the program and expectations of our clients.
  • Project PATCH will detail your child's sponsorship funding options and discuss sliding scale and standard fees.

3)  Application Review: Once your application is received,
Project PATCH will review your completed application.

  • Should Project PATCH be unable to accept an application, parents are notified as soon as possible.
Project PATCH offers Student Sponsorships

Sponsorship for your child is determined by family and individual need based upon prior year's income tax return and a current financial statement. All sponsorships are completely funded by private donations. For more details, please contact the Administrative Office at 360.690.8495.

 Application Processing Fee:  A non-refundable processing fee is due with your application. This does not guarantee admission.
Admission Fees:  Due upon admission, this covers expenses for your child's Ranch gear, medical account, dorm room, counseling supplies, and ambulance insurance.
Deposit:   This deposit is refundable.
Tuition: The monthly tuition fee covers the cost of the following items:

  • Accredited Education Classes
  • Licensed Therapy Supervision
  • Licensed Counselors
  • Complete Room and Board
