We believe that all successful relationships must have clearly established rights and boundaries. In the event that you believe that you were unfairly or improperly treated by a staff member or Project Patch as an organization, you have the right to express your grievance.
We ask that your first contact be made with the director of the program you are affected by. In the event that things are not resolved, contact the Executive Director of Project Patch followed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Project Patch. If the problem remains unresolved, you should contact the appropriate licensing or accrediting organization listed to the right.
