Project Patch

Chuck knows firsthand how much God loves His children and how He relentlessly pursues their hearts.  Chuck has witnessed many miracles of the heart in working with youth and with youthful adults, which he has enjoyed doing since working at his first summer camp in 1988.  From that time until now, he has been involved in serving youth in both paid and volunteer positions. 

Since 2003, Chuck has served a vital role at Project PATCH in various positions including chaplain, youth ranch administrator, operations officer, and his current role as executive director.  His background in pastoral work, his studies in psychology, and his MBA from Boise State University have all contributed a great deal to his success in leading Project PATCH through several key transitions. 

Chuck has been married to Kelly for 17 years and is the very proud dad of two adorable and energetic young girls.  When not focused on PATCH or on being a dad, he most enjoys participating in triathlons, fly-fishing, and pursuing other adventures.

Becky St. Clair
Director of Communications

Becky is a long-time northwest resident with ties to both Idaho (where she grew up) and Washington State (where she attended college and started both a family and a career).  After graduating from Walla Walla University with a degree in English, Becky worked for WWU as staff for 6 1/2 years, almost all of those in the marketing department handling public relations for the university. 

The newest member of the PATCH team, Becky took over communications for the organization at the beginning of November 2011, and is thoroughly enjoying her new role. 

Her hobbies include blogging, photography, travel, and trying new recipes.  She also very much enjoys spending time with her husband of seven years, Jason, and their two-year-old daughter, Kayla.  She looks forward to welcoming a new little one to her family in May 2012.

Michael's strong public accounting background includes extensive experience with non-profits including the actual accounting, audit and tax returns for these non-profit organizations.

Michael recently sold his practice and is excited to be working in a place in which he can make a difference and positive contribution.
