The spiritual program at Project PATCH begins with hiring staff who have passed a background check and are dedicated, practicing Christians.  The chaplain coordinates the spiritual activities and stands ready to assist staff in accomplishing their goals of spiritual growth by:

  • Supporting residents and staff
  • Exemplifying the life and teachings of Jesus Christ
  • Cooperating with staff in dealing with life and spiritual issues of residents
  • Leading Bible classes
  • Guiding discipleship groups
  • Offering one-on-one sessions with residents and staff

In addition, the chaplain conducts church services, Bible study groups, and activities directed toward the spiritual growth of residents.
